The Honarary Committee Members are there to help all the members during the hour of their critical needs. However for general issues they reserve the right not to be disturbed on their mobile phones or on their personal emails or unwanted SMS's. Members are requested to drop their complaints and grieviences in writing in the complaint box located at Society office or put their complaints in writing addressed to Secretary / Chairman and hand it over to the Manager at the societies office. No verbal complaints on mobile sms will be entertained. It is also illegal to record mobile conversation without the prior consent of committee members. Complaints or grieviences on Committee Members personal email shall not be entertained.
